Well she's in....

Bolted down, inlet & exhaust (with mufler) mounted underneath, fuel bled, water connected and purged.
Just to finish the wiring an fit the controller up front. Then link it into the cab heater fan wiring.

I had one just like that....Halfords do a grey bumper paint which I used on the sport arches and it was a perfect match for the grey bumpers..... not a criticism mind as van looks great as is.

I bought two of these about 18 months ago. Nice and bright and still going strong.
They are half price with a trade card, but also appear to be 'buy one get one free' at the moment (for non-trade customers) so you'll get them for the same price even if you haven't got a trade card.

Probably no good for you, you've just bought some... but may help somebody.

Oooooohhhhh she's cosy

Did a bit more dash butchery but no pics as it's not finished and looks rough as cos it didn't go exactly as I envisaged....
Why the hell do Ford not make a faglighter socket that fits in a hole that's not an odd size?
31 bloody mm? Std Hole cutters or step drills only go up in even numbers!

Hi All, new to this forum, and new transit owner.. having to do lots of little bits and pieces. Faded headlights was one of them

1: Sand with 800grit wetsand paper
2: Sand with 2000grit wetsand paper
3: Good rub wit CRC extra cutting compond
4: As new!!

Apparently it lasts longer if you spray some UV-resistant clearcoat on it. I'm considering that...
