Fixed my coolant leak today and realised I had no coolant so had to walk to the factors up the road for some

Brake pad warning light is sorted, broken wire on the rear axle.

Just the abs/esp to sort out now, diagnostics says its rear passenger side, replaced the sensor but codes come back straight away.

Had a quick check as it was getting dark and I can't see any obvious damage or chafing

Wondered why my abs and esp lights where on so plugged in elm and forscan and found rear right sensor open circuit, got under van and found
Image
So fixed that and cleared the code but light is still on and says fluid level low signal so will check that out tomorrow, also ran a new video cable for my reverse camera and replaced the camera as that had stopped working

Well I got under the van again today with my work light and found this

Made a new connection but my cheapo code reader won't clear the code so no idea if it's just that broken wire or not

Striped the other caliper and rebuilt it ready for doing the brake pipes, rear pads and swapping the rear caliper over :)

Think that’ll be next weekend?

Took up the oil/ diesel soaked ply floor to reveal the factory floor hooks that were hidden under the ally lining, fitted extra floor hooks and made the mount for the winch, got that fitted and wired up, new ply for the floor tomorrow

Nothing yet but it's 21.30 on a Sunday evening so the wknd is still young!
Plenty time to start investigating a duff injector or leaking compression washer Image

Didn’t do anything to it today, but I passed it several times as I washed all the other cars. Getting new tyres and a wheel alignment in the morning. Does anyone have a fix for a flappy fuel flap? Think I need the bit attached to the van, the flap looks ok
