Have i got dents on me roof ??

Postby jamie-southend » Wed Dec 20, 2006 2:10 pm

Hi, New to the forum so go easy on me !

Just purchased an 06 Tourneo GLX ex demo from a Ford Dealer miles away from me. Having looked out of an upstairs windows it looks like i have some dents or marks on the roof.

Can anyone tell me if they should be there ?

If you look inside it's where the strengthening bars are spot welded in.

So you saying that this is acceptable for a new vehicle nowadays?

I've cropped the pic and improved the contrast, if it aint big enough save it to your pc and then have a look, its terrible workmanship

Thanks for the replies, i have just wizzed it round my local ( garage not boozer ) and they said spot welds....oh well what should i expect for 18K !

Also rarther than start another thread, anyone know a decent accessory shop i can get any of the following from?

Centre Console ( I have a 8 seater so huge space between seats in the front ) Needed to keep papers, diary etc in.

Kick in or electric side steps for each side door. I run a Airport Transfer business, and a steps are needed for the old`s :?

Thanks again
