Tuning box

Postby mad955i » Thu Dec 21, 2006 10:53 am

Hi

This will definitely have been asked to death, but I'll chance the flak:

I have a Mk6 1998cc TDi, 100ps model, and I'd like to add a tuning box to give it more power; what's the general concenscus on whether this should be done, and if so, which model/make do people use?

Regards

edit - I meant 1998cc, not year.

Use Neil Mckay at Morego, Brackley he has re maped my van extra 30% power also very helpfull, must go for a re map rather than a bolt on and wire in job, Superchips Bluefin is the re map version installed by yourself but £500 but will make such a difference :D
