Hi there does anybody know if I was to amp my front speakers would I loose the blue tooth on the factory radio ? If I was thinking of useing high level input to the amp would the blue tooth still work ?

are you keeping the head unit?

if your just going to run the speaker leads out of the headunit, into the amp and then the amp wiring going to the speakers, the signal from the PSE module will remain unchanged, so phone audio and voice command will also be amplified.
