The traditional uk turbo places want around £800 but on eBay there is a Lithuania turbo place that sells the cartridge for £180, ok I know what your thinking because I was thinking hmmm cheap crap ! However I googled the company and loads of good reviews came up for there units on various forums basically saying honest units at honest prices without the add on frilly bits like the manifold etc etc :D Even if it is crap at that price you could go through three and still be quids in 8)

I got a new Garrett turbo with actuator off eBay for 275.
I probably wouldn't buy just the cartridge tbh as the vnt is a possible weak spot with rust that may go also, I'm guessing this based on a turbo cartridge for a focus type which i replaced on my dad's pug 407.
If this makes sense lol.

Hey Belly, I'd be careful with those rockers from Transit Parts, if there not genuine they may be made of 'cheese' and won't last very long !
Have you thought about looking on eBay for a good secondhand, but genuine, set ?

Cheers guys  I will be checking the quality of those rocker arms Harryspadge  Unfortunately 3.2 stuff is very very rare :? Loot as long as the manifold isn't cracked then its no problem changing just the cartridge and the vnt ring can be bought seperately if needs be

   Stripping it down tommoz so hopefully I'll find the problem, I'm wondering if it could be a snapped valve spring as I've come across that before  At least Ford sell them individually 8)
