Yes that's how every one of them seems to be, ignore that connector, your wheel wires are fine so it can go back together.
Next job is to find out if you have the cruise wires on the underside of the squib, the photo is further at the beginning of this thread. I think you'll have them so next is temp sensor is installed and you'll be ready for martyn to activate.
56 350 2.2 130ps mk7 with 2 side doors 8)
65 290 2.2 125ps custom with 2 side doors 8)
07 350 170ps

Already got a CG bcm on my ex rac, so guessing I have the wiring too given I have auto lights and auto wipers. I'm guessing I only need the temp sensor installed if I want to add the multifunction trip clocks and stalk???

yes Mate, did the same on mine, plus you can have the cruise too if you get a wheel. You'll have to get it activated (temp too) though.

Just picked up a new wheel from ebay, mine is decomposing anyway and spoke to Martyn. Should have this sorted in a few weeks :)

Deepest Dorset eh, perhaps you're the other 57 plate I've seen about :) I'm in Corfe, working in Dorch and generally all over the place. Picked mine up in September from eastleigh, did you have to go far for yours?

And no there is just a blank connector, no pins.

Found something odd out to about the door open / door ajar too.......

What is the blue in the lower connector? Same squib part number as mine i think tho but mine is just black and empty but i cansee blue in yours?
