mk6 knocking

wondering if anyone can help iv got a strange knocking noise coming from the engine at low revs!!
Basicaly if i put the van in first with the hand brake on and slowly try to pull away you can hear it clealry knocking, i took it to a ford dealer and he said there is definataley something wrong but he aint got a clue what??? (prick) it even makes the same noise when its ticking over on cold its 55 plate 100t280 its been chipped but that was 30000 miles ago and its pixxxxg me right off as no one knows what it is??? any clues????
Its serviced regulary and i even took it back and got them to change the oil again incase this was the problem(wong oil maybe hence why it does it on cold) but no joy??? apart from that i love the thing
