125ps engine oil

hi I have looked but can't seem to find a post anywhere which says which engine oil for a 125ps, is halfords 10W40 a semi synthetic oil ok to use ??

dave fords use 5/30 ,my dealer uses castrol or fords own! in the summer maybe you can get away with 10/40

i have put in 5/30 thanks anyway

there are a lot 5w30 but the would be B1 and better B1/B5
