Pist and Broke !!!!

I have a broken piston an x plate 2.4 that had a smoky misfire.. the piston has split right through - about to become an ashtray for evermore.

Rebored it last week now wondering about big end & head / sandwich board torque settings & how to time the cams without special tools.. Any ideas to anyone ?

Also engine code is " N " denoting 75ps but it has an intercooler - does this make it a 90 ?
