How many Mk6 petrol/lpg are out there.

just got mine, 280 mw, was a Cardiff council van so factory "green option fitted, but need to get it working as its not switching over, I would guess at a relay somewhere along the line.
funny thing is in reverse it has the " caution vehicle reversing …….then in welsh!

oky dokey, done a bit of research and as you all say its prob a necam system I have, now I found a post relating to its 5 relays under the steering colum, so as that's the cheapest thing to check first, specially as I had a failed one in another car, I pulled one to check its numbers, cbd1 12 h17 if I remember correctly, now what I didn't realise from my digging is they cant all be for the lpg only?
van drove fine to hardstanding, messed about cleaning stuff then pulled the relay to check indoors with a coffee, wife shouts im off to horses, and off she goes.
swiftly followed by a phone call...the vans running real bad...well ran fine for me dear...…...is the black thing you took out....of course not that's lpg only, bring it back then and ill check it out!
…………………………….put relay back and it runs fine! I take it they are not all for lpg? lol, can anyone give me a list for them say left to right?

Jim Camden London .2002 350 LWB SEMI H ROOF 72K miles sitting tax & ins for 10 years 2.3 petrol/lpg had the lpg fixed once guy in Gravesend WOULD CRUISE @75mph but then got left and lately would only run on petrol now no go after having new key made will crank but no fuel at carb.

Just bought 2003 swb with only 67k on the clock and working log kit. It drives really smoothly. Lovely gear change being rwd. Feels so refined compared to my tdci fwd almost like driving an old Rover or something similar.

JC In London 2006 Factory fitted still running LPG The speedo and rev clocks are cutting out !!

I have a 2005 Factory Fit LPG - converted to a camper - overall runs great on petrol but LPG system is playing up - misfire when on LPG. Have booked into Mobile Automotives and LPG - Edward says most things can be fixed without too much drama - it s just knowing where to look. I have heard great reviews so have every confidence it will be sorted.

I visited Edward yesterday to have my LPG system investigated and his good reputation is justified. He is a wizard and know these systems very well. Within 10 minutes he had a good idea as to the problem (misfire when running on LPG) and quickly sorted out the problem. The gas distributer was dirty and after a quick clean - works a dream. He also did a full diagnosis and safety check,

Mines an 02 bi fuel medium/medium 160,000 owned it about 13/14yrs only ever ran on petrol no idea mpg ..and it’s factory fit,,for what ever reason it don’t switch to lpg and never has ,,the light comes on but nout happens lol
