Remove the crank shaft position sensor (if it's still fitted) and insert a timing pin, this will lock the crank at 50 degrees before TDC.
Then turn the cam shafts until the holes in the are lined up with the holes in the head, insert a 6mm twist drill bit shank into each of these holes.
Do the same with the injection pump, again fitting a 6mm drill
Now you need to look on the chain for the copper links, there are 3
Align the 2 closely spaced links with the dots on the cam shaft sprockets and the 3rd link with the dot on the fuel pump sprocket. You'll need to juggle the whole lot into position on the engine now.
Once the chain is fed around the crank and is sitting there all loose and saggy, you need to fit the chain guides and tensioner. Release the locking pin from the tensioner and tighten the bolts on the sprockets. Turn the engine 2 full rotations by hand and recheck the timing.
You should be somewhere close now.
As for blleding, if you have the early fuel filter head fitted still with the hand primer, slacken the injector pipes and put the ignition on (batt light) pump the primer until fuel is coming from one of the slackened pipes. close the bled pipe off and turn the engine onto the next firing stroke and repeat the procedure. do that for all 4 cylinders.
You shouldn't be far off then
If you don't have the primer pump, you'll need to get a primer pump fitted in the line between the filter and the pump to draw up the fuel.
hope it helps
