I have when stuck used a small plumbers type blowlamp, if you force the nut it will destroy the threads in the bushing, you don't want it red hot just warm enough to expand the bush enough for the nut to unlock

Be careful the stainless nut can shear off flush with the bushing an then it's a drill and tap job

4 ppl could not change it so i chose to go t the official mechanic and pay for original part. 460 pounds minus my scared account and i have a new o2 sensor.
The car continues to die when cold and i hit the breaks at 0.
The say that i am dissapointed is understatement.

Update: A romanian guy without education discovered the issue. He is repairing vans on the black and it turned out it was a sensor called fuel rail pressure sensor. Now the car behaves well cold and also burns less diesel

Seems like a very common fault on transits, cheap enough to fix tho

Rail pressure sender rarely fails, more common is wiring issues due to previous rough handling of the loom.

I suspect that a short circuit evident from the trailer socket that i had to change and rewire has destroyed 6 or more sensors. And to the guy who said it is common issue...well i dont need your comment why did you not tell me this before if it was so common?
How to check wiring?
