Cam Belts?

Postby RollinRanch » Fri May 22, 2015 7:27 pm

This may be a daft question but will my new '04 MWB TDCI T350 2.4 chassis base transit have a cam belt? I ask because the seller says it 'hasnt been changed' (127k miles) and I remember my old Mk5 had a chain instead of a belt which I think didn't need changing....

I have to drive it back from Glasgow to York soon and the thought of it busting up on me is giving me the jitters!

Ah, it's good to be back in the transit world! Was gutted when the headgasket on my old one went....
