Summer slowly getting here, and I have not yet thought out how to survive in the wheelchair without getting a heat stroke (actually, it's the breathing that's the problem). My mk7 Kombi only has air conditioning in the front, so I assume the air blown by the rear fan will be as warm as the air outside. I've been wondering what would be the most efficient way to keep the rear habitable on hot days, or is the only option to remove seats so that I get the wheelchair all the way to the front.
I do have a 1200 W power inverter installed, so one option would be to fit an extra blower to transfer cool air to the rear.
Any thoughts on this? Or experiences on how well the air mixes between the front and rear?
