02 transit crewcab tipper 90 bhp more power!!!

hi all could anybody tell me how to get more power out of it. and i have a 125 diff can i put that in as mine is whining cheers stuart...

From information I have gleaned, one needs to talk to vantuner for a remap, block off your EGR valve, clean out the intake manifold, fit a K&N, and wind the boost up by 2-3psi for starters.

I'm led to believe 125 injectors are, essentially, a bolt-in upgrade, but until I get hold of a set myself, I can neither confirm nor deny this.

Yes you can use the 125 diff, but you'll need a bit more power to keep it moving when loaded

Hi thanks for the reply.s I have a 125 that's got a brand new head diff gearbox and other bits to.if anyone's interested the head will be up for sale. So I can just put the injectors in my van and it will run or do they need coding to my van?

Injectors will go in, but it'll still be 90 ps because the pumps are different, and the ecu is set up as 90 ps.
You would need to get it remapped, or change to a mechanical pump then tune it up a bit
