MK6 head unit

i currently have the standard rds 400 radio in my transit

was looking at some new double din units with bluetooth to replace it, but they all have square corners on the face's, unlike my rounded corners.

is there an adapter plate, or has anyone found a way round this.

Transit mk6 stereo head units are 1.5 din.

Compared to the Transit mk7 which they are double din.

A douible did head unit will not fit in a 1.5 din hole
