slight judder at drive off

hello new to this forum. sorry if this has been posted before.
i have a fwd mk6 transit the clutch has always been a high bite but lately it has been juddering slightly when moving off in 1st it only seems to do it in the morning once i drive it for a while it is ok again. it does not do it all the time and when accelerating it does not seem to slip do you rekon the clutch is on its last legs?

Probably the main oil seal gone behind the flywheel & your getting a bit of oil on the clutch.

cheers. will try and run it till october when things go quieter think it needs a flywheel anyway cos when you lift clutch to go or hold it just below bite it makes knocking noise then ok once you go.

was looking online over the weekend and read that it could be a bad engine mount so checked them over and also found it has no air filter at all so will need to get one today. what is the best way to check the mounts? might as well check them over before spending big money on the clutch.
