Hi can anyone tell me how these fit, are they just stuck down?

They do clip into place & also stuck down with foam tape as well

OK thanks, mine has started lifting up at one side didn't want to break it getting it out to refit it.
I did notice the sticky pad things which are coming apart hence the question.-
