HandBrake Light on after Changing Rear Pads

ok i have a 115 T300 2011 Plate and we changed the Rear Brake Pads but now the Handbrake Light is on since changing them, it went on and off intermittant but now is permantly on...? After doing the Rear Pads we Bled the Brakes and they Brake just fine, is this just coincidence or is there something we've missed..? We only did the Pads 2 days ago.

Handbrake cable needs adjusted, it's holding the lever up, push lever down to see if goes off

Maybe worth checking the brake fluid level aswell
