Mk 7 steering wheels colours

Postby slick91 » Tue Jun 23, 2015 2:44 pm

Hi all

I've been looking on eBay for a original spec steering wheel to replace mine as its a bit worn in the 2 o'clock hand position. I've seen one for sale by "tpuk" but it looks more of a light grey than black so wondered if there's different shades or colours????

Thanks all.

If it's just a normal standard rubbery steering wheel you want I've got one you can have for postage.

Is it off a MK7 mate and in excellent condition? Just mine is a little worn so want to replace it. Can you upload a pic please?

Cheers

It is a genuine original mk7 from my '08. I'll dig it out at the weekend and post a photo. I only took it off to satisfy my leather craving and add cruise control.

As you can see in the second photo there is a teeny tiny nick on the front face. Other than that it's proper.
