Hi I've got a 2003 transit 85 tddi what engine other than the tddi 100 can I drop straight in for more power? Can I put a mondeo 130 tdci straight in if I get the engine loom from a transit tdci? If so what else do I need

Only a complete madman would swap a TDDi MK 6 for a TDci.
The TDci is troublesome to say the least, and they are getting on in years now, so a good one will be even harder to find.
Just remap the 85

Yeah but an 85 remapped is never gonna be as quick as a 130 tdci that's been remapped

It will when the TDci is in limp mode and will only do 40mph!

Can I out the turbo from the 125 on my 85 then have it mapped?

No
The 125 turbo is ecu controlled
The rest are waste gate controlled

What's biggest turbo I can fit straight on just the 100? If so will it make much difference so far it's got egr blank de cat straight threw exhaust

Pretty sure the 85 and 100 turbos are the same.
You might be able to fit the 125 one from a 2.4

Along the same lines if changing the engine is to much then how easy would it be just to have it remapped and also has anyone had this done and if they can disclose any issues
