iwant to remove the steering wheel but im worried baout the air bag going off .,anyone know the correct way. does the wiring need to be disconnected???????????????????

disconnect the battery, leave for around 20-30 minutes, undo the two screws underneath the wheel that holds the airbag, lift it up disconnect the wires and remove, be careful with it

the back up capacitor is safe after 2 mins.

Could always get someone you dont like to remove your steering wheel ,you wouldn't have to wait for 20-30 mins then just crack right on :!: :lol: :lol:

i blew two air bags up today in the yard and it was fun but boy they get hot lol
formally grey van man.

2010 115 semi high mwb . Fully loaded.

true i put an aresol can on top of one and it went up about 40 foot i was shocked they have some power
