3rd Braking light

Just wondering if the 3rd braking light of an Mk7 is complete sealed as one piece or can it be taken apart?

Must be able to ,to replace bulb, i'll have a look tomorrow if i remember

Just thinking of doing some DIY to make a nice place for a camera. Was also thinking of taking a license plate light housing and using that to house the camera. The unfortunate thing then would be I would have to drill.
Any sugestions how to place a camera as neatly and as "Standard" as possible are welcome.
