Are we talking new :?: or used :?:

As long as it's a TDCI, it would be my choice, if I had to go for a front wheel drive

definately used mk6 dont like the look of the mk7 plus i wouldnt buy one yet untill theyve sorted all the problems out, plus i couldnt use a brand new tourneo for private hire with all the drunks spilling kebabs, being sick, and all the other animal things they do on a night out, they dont respect your vehicle atall!!

A Vito would be too small, lower headroom for sure if not seat numbers, as you can be sure you will get asked for larger body numbers for trips if you went that route. The local Taxi firms have different minibuses for hire around here I think there are 2 Vitos and 1 VW the rest are all Tourneo's or GLX's. Can't be costs as they have got to be very close in buying price and running fuel wise. So even if the seating numbers are the same (I have no idea) then the ease of use of the Transit models must be the deciding factor.
