Will not rev when cold 2.2 140

Hi all
I have a transit at work that when started from cold will not rev for 15 or so seconds sometimes it will cut out and then restart not rev for 15 seconds then all will be fine for the rest off the day.Engine management light and battery light are on when it does it.
No fault codes found with using delphi
has been into ford who found nothing and not needing any updates
has had new scv prv and egr van drives faultless other than that
2011 transit 2.2 fwd 140
Any one come across this before any help would be appreciated

When did the van last get a full service. N

Its had fuel air and oil filters changed 5w 30 sythetic oil

My Mk6 06plate has the same problem too mickymcd, any help from anyone would be much appreciated, it also randomly won't turnover in keypostion 3, if I leave it for a bit and try again it works! Any info on this to would be much appreciated.

Have the battery/batteries checked. I remember reading in a thread on here that, with a certain battery fault that escapes me now, the alternator won't attempt to charge and the engine will only idle,

I had both batteries tested last week and they are both 100% and holding charge. I've ran out of ideas lol
