gear box removal

what is the best way to remove box on 350 not had to do it yet allways managed to work through bell housing but one day will have to take one out ,looks to me you would need to drop the lot.

take the rear bolts completely out of the subframe and undo the front ones half a dozen turns or so and the cradle lowers down enough to slip the box out
