Has anyone actually replaced a Ford 2000 rad/cass with a Ford 6000 or 6000E Radio/CD? Was it as simple as claimed or is there some wire work involved. Presumably the 6000 being mainly out of cars is set up for 4 speakers whereas a standard Transit set up is two. Does this affect anything. I have a 2001 built 100 T280 Medium roof short wheelbase FWD. Would you go for the 6000E 6 disc unit over the 6000 or is it not worth it? Sound quality is not highest on my list, playing CD's rather than tapes is.

And if you get the speaker plug you can add an extra 2 speakers. That's what I did, I put the extra 2 in the back. :D
