Clutch Problem

Hi guys, Today the Tranny has started to do some new tricks... (2001 SWB T280 MK6)

When I press the clutch down to take off or between gear changes I can feel a vibration from the clutch pedal, the vibration seems to be in beat with the engine...

Sorry if im not explaining it well but its quite hard to explain.

Any comments welcome...

Sounds like a knackered clutch release bearing.

how can I check that? How much to rectify roughly? any other ideas?
