have code p0299 turbo under boost

i have checked the obvious i have no engine managment light on, but its like the turbo doesnt work no take of power, this turbo is a brand new one from ford when i put the engine in it a few months ago.

i have searched the code here and it is suggested it could be a faulty maf sensor :?:

A duff EGR can give this problem too.....but usually Euro-4.

Some info here about replacing oil strainer and oil feed pipe when doing Turbos. Did you do this when you changed the Turbos?

well got to the problem of this,i fitted another turbo of another engine we had in the container and ooooosh problem solved :D

so took the recon turbo back we got it from 4/6 month ago :D

it turns out the turbo is faulty but they were saying the veins were blocked in the turbo "hence we had no turbo"

my question is how can this be possible. The engine is less then 10,000 miles old and was running mint

has anyone every heared of this because i haven't
