mk6 rear door hinge replacement

Hi!

I need some help (possibly with some pictures).
I'm going to replace the rear door hinges on my 2002 mk6 half high transit.

I have the new hinges on standby already.
I see that the hinges bolt nicely to the doors from the outside, but what i'm having difficulties is how to remove the hinges from the body itself since there are no outer boltheads seen.

There are nuts, in a recess, inside the van, on the side pillars.

and if you have thick plywood floor,the inner nuts on the lower hinges are a pain. easier going thru the light holes to get at them
