It sounds the same with acc belt removed, even with centrifugal oil filter removed.

I should replace chain, tensioner and oil pump chain?
Is there any mileage for this operation? My van has aprox 360000 Km.

Could also be the DMF if your van has one.

It was the chain, it brokes but no damage to the engine.
