Get the codes read if you have only changed the clutch you won't need to mess with the fuel system, only thing that could get damaged is the sensor and wiring you did put it back in the right hole and connect all the wires up on the box.

Fill the fuel filter up first.

Have you got a priming pump fitted to the filter head?

Having nothing but trouble guys testest crank sensor again both wires are show a negitive feed off 10v battery is 12v on test also im no expert but the glow plugs rail which has a red wire connecting to it under the air box on engine had broke i fixed that badley corrded then tested that with multi metor and that is a 12 negative feed so i disconnected it and tested wire nothing tested the rail heater plug heads and they are a negative now correct me plz heater plugs get the negative feed from engine and possitve from loom so in short this red wire sld be a positive and not a negative when i connected it back ????? Van got a short some where why wld crank sensor loom produce a negative on both wires ??? Short ???

Check if you have the relay on the passenger inner wing under the plastic cover. It's for the indicators but gets soaked when it rains and can short out 12v to earth. Also the starter motor earth back to the chassis leg can also reduce voltages if it's internally corroded. You can also remove the glow plug relay out the engine bay fuse box and that saves battery amps

Slacken crank sensor and push in til it touches flywheel, dont touch injectors if you didn't have pipes off
How did you damage old sensor?
