Also why would you want to remove the inside insualtion just to line it again with ply?? It looks to me that you wont gain much extra loadspace and its already lined for you. Its just a case of removing the chiller stuff and bunging up the holes or if you really must have it ply lined just glue ply to the lining it already has.
I wish my van had a wipe-clean waterproof lining like that and I cant understand why you'd want to get rid of it.
And the chiller stuff will have good value on ebay if you remove it carefully.
