Davy jcb on here used milking machine cleaning gear :idea: Dont put too much pressure through it you could end up in the next village searching for the insides :wink:

Cleaning it won’t achieve anything unless you fix the original fault, which will more than likely be a knackered vapouriser, replace it, static regen, job done

Never had to clean or change a dpf on a Euro 5 Transit yet

Vaporiser is a common issue I think, when I was in getting my van "sorted" there was a fellow in aswell he had replaced the vaporiser twice and is still getting issues.
I see a new dpf can be had for £390 on the net I don't know how much a vaporiser would be though I'd imagine costs could quickly stack up.
