Transit windscreen replacement left over bits!

Hi all, just had the windscreen replaced on my 08 mid top by a well known company. Can't say I'm that impressed with them but that's the one the insurance company wanted to use however they have left a couple of pieces of rubber channel in the foot well (one each side) which I suspect should have been refitted somewhere.

I also don't recall the small plastic strip within the top of the door seal being on show so it may be to do with that (or I could just be getting old and forgetful)

Any help telling me where they go much appreciated!
