mk7 transit Propshaft bearing help

Just trying to replace the centre bearing on my MK7 RWD and with the Diff end still bolted in the propshaft fell out when i took out the centre bearing mounting bolts but the U joints are preventing the bearing from sliding off. How do i remove the U joints to get the bearing off. Not sure if it also slides out but is just very tight of if theres another way they are removed.

doesnt matter just realised theres a bolt inside the u joint to loosen off
