My answer would be yes, but it would depend on how much oil was lost into the cooling system and whether there is any coolant in the oil.
Oil pressure is much greater than the cooling system pressure when the engine is running, this is why the oil usually ends up in the cooling system when the oil cooler fails.....however, when the engine is not running, the cooling system stays pressurized for quite some time until the engine cools down, this is where it's possible for the coolant to leak back into the sump if the oil cooler failure has become a "two-way" valve.
Is your oil starting to look like a milkshake..??
