Steering issues

High folks!

So the latest issue with my transit is the steering! I recently changed the tensioner as the bearings were kinda wobbly, unsure if that has any impact here.
This issue of squeaking when I'm steering only happens when I'm actually driving, not when I'm stationary. At first it was only when i steered left but now happens when I steer right too. It happens at the slightest small movement of the wheel or even holding the wheel to stop movement of the tyres due to road camber.
The steering also shudders slightly when steering left going over 60mph.
Someone suggested to me that it was the belt but I disagree with this as it does not sound like the belt.

Any advice to try and remedy this myself before I have to take it to a garage.
