Ford transit Mk7 won't run or crank over

Hi everyone,

This is my first post. I'm not sure if it's
In the right section?

Anyway I've got a 2012 Euro 5 jumbo
Which is proving to be a nightmare!
I've been off the road with it now for a
While trying to get the fault diagnosed..

All of a sudden when driving it cut out and
Wouldn't crank over at all even though
I've got all the dash lights on.

After being left for an hour
Or so it will start back up and run for
So long before doing the same again,

There is no pattern to the length of time it will run before
Needing to be left some times it will
Run for 10 seconds and others it will stay going for half hour.

If anyone can give any suggestions as to what might
Be at fault it would be greatly appreciated .

Unfortunately it could be any one of a number of things. I'd start by checking some of the simpler stuff

1. Ignition switch.
2. Heavy ground cable between engine block and chassis leg.

Also, read (or have read) the DTCs (fault codes).
