ahhh its me again :) new prv &scv fitted, got it started in the end using a very small bit of start pilot... its running on tick over fine but lots of air in the pipe from filter to pump none in pipe coming from tank to filter :? could this be air being sucked in through filter housing???

Possibly.

Did you do all the learns after fitting the valves..??
