Both Mk6 engines - 2,4l/115PS and 2,4l/125PS have the same injection pump Bosch VP44 - with larger timing chain and wheels. So - you can do it.
Think about injectors - which are better.
Take all equipment from your old engine if you are sure it is ok - EGR, all pumps (vacu, water, servo), turbo, also all rubber pipes, etc., etc. Look and check dualmass flywheels - which one is better. Or think about exchanges for single mass flywheel.

With your injection pump and PCM with old soft it will still 115 PS engine.
