heated mirrors / which relay ??

hello again , im officially bald because i have pulled most of my remaining hair out trying to sort this problem , i've fitted the heated mirrors connected up all the correct " plug and play " harnesses got a correct heated mirror switch off ebay but no go , now today out of utter frustration i switched round a few of the relays under the glove box and low and behold the switch lit up and the mirrors started thawing out , only problem is they are on all the time even when i knock the van off !! i switched the relay back and went for a cup of tea cos i am on the verge of cracking up here , any help on the correct relay and where it goes would be most helpful , also how do i check the existing one to see if its not faulty ??

Heated mirrors run of the same relay for rear heated screen.

It is located in relay panel under top storage pocket on dash (passenger side)

Relay will have R on the top.

HI paul thanks for the prompt response , i have two of these with the " R " on top but neither seem to be working , it was only when i stuck the large red one in that things started to switch on ??? i must re-check to make sure i have them in the correct position .
