Cyl 1 & 2 don't look too happy....and 3 is marginal.

No, I didn't say you needed new injectors but it would pay to have them checked out properly by a diesel specialist. Oil around injectors means nothing really, probably just the rocker cover seals leaking. Have you done a "leak-off" test..??

I'm in Australia so can't help much with where to get injectors...PF Jones are a well known quality supplier.

lots of places offering testing and cleaning would it be worth sending them to one of these, about £100 to test all 4, and clean. that way I would know which are faulty and which are ok? would obviously have to replace clamps etc bit that not a issue. I will try to do a leak off test but thought with those figures it shows there is an issue, just need to get test kit to do it now
thanks for advice lord really appreciate it

I have changed my rubber seal and brass one. Still oil is passing the top rubber seal. Any suggestions?

Brass one..?? I assume you mean the copper ones..?? Did you do all coppers washers..?? did you recut their seats..??

Yes I mean brass sorry. Yes they were all replaced. I didn't re cut as this was done in December when the injectors were over hauled. I'm beginning to think that the rocker cover could be cracked where the clamp bolts go in. It's hard to tell where the leak is due to it only leaking when the engine is under load.

I think you mean copper..!!

If the seats weren't clean and recut, they'll probably leak. These engines have very high compression ratios compared to the normal 9 or 10:1 of a petrol engine...they often exceed 17.5:1 or more....any tiny anomalies in the seats or washers will have them leaking.
