Touch Ups

Hi all, living here on the sea trannies get small rust spots in all the classic places.....mines is needing done now. Its a white 2008.....can anyone recommend a simple spray primer, a filler and a top coat spray that does not cost a bomb.....I will use a drememl to rough out the red stuff, prime, fill, the prime again etc then finish with a nice white top coat....it wont be a perfect job but way better than the exposed rust spots I have now.
