Recently fitted a clutch and now it won't start

Hi , I fitted a clutch this weekend (2005 2.0di swb) no problems at all , van started Monday fine and I used it for work , van started Tuesday fine and I used it for work , van started Wednesday no problem drove it literally 1mile and it died on just as I was joining a bypass . Glow plug light is flashing when I try and start the van and it won't fire any ideas anyone . I am going to hook up forscan later to see what codes ate 8n it. Could I have disturbed something when I did the clutch, maybe a plug or wiring broke etc . Any ideas would be really appreciated. Van has never missed a beat up to today . Thanks in advance .

Wiring gets a bit brittle and can break easy, common place is wiring in the starter area that goes to fuel pump and can chafe on sharp edges so good search of the wiring in this area recommended even inside that black plastic corrugated sh!t
