To drive a motor the bcm switches power from fuse 78 to the appropriate motor wire with a relay that acts as a changeover switch, swicthing the motor wire from earth to power.
Lock all and unlock all use a single relay for each function since there are slices in the wiring loom.

I'm having problems with the central locking not operating the rear door and side sliding door locks. I've traced the 3 wires from each of the lock actuators back to the BCM basically all 3 wires are grounding out. I've replaced and recoded the BCM but the problem is still the same.
I'm now trying to figure out the wires that go in to the BCM to trigger the central locking so I can trace those to wherever they go.

I’ve been scratching my head for the past two days to find a way to add an aftermarket lock/unlock controller to my 2008 Transit.
My van only has one key fob and it doesn’t work. No response when pressing the buttons. I’ve already replace the battery, no luck.
So my next step was to find a second hand BCM that comes with both keys but learned that it’s not a direct swap and the “new” bcm needs to be programmed. This isn’t an option as I have no contacts of someone who’s willing to do that job in my area of Bulgaria.
So I ended up on getting a no name controller from AliExpress and hoping that it will do the job.
Is there a way to get my hand on the BCM Pin layout?
Best regards,
Dimitar
