Mk6 2000 transit. Cut out while driving. B2139

Postby thomas290987 » Wed Apr 14, 2021 11:45 am

Hi my transit cut out and will not start. Only fault code it's giving is b2139. Had edc on fuel pump done exactly 12 months ago. Van seemed to be losing power couple weeks before dying. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks :?:

Due to pats light not flashing do you think is fuel pump or pcm or something that's not showing fault code. All other pump problems seem to have more codes.

If it's a FWD it may be worth checking the wiring to the fuel pump, in particular, where it passes around the starter motor where it's a bit tight :)

Aye I rewired and rerouted the loom on mine so it doesn’t rub on the starter
