So….now next stage…..
After all the cutting out I managed to get chance to Rev her, she cleared and ran for 15 minutes, then back to normal and now cutting out every time it starts…still no new codes and was hoping she’ll run for 15 minutes to get chance to redo the pump learns…

Have you replaced the ignition switch? Common fault on these vans and only cost £20 if that from ford, just a thought

Ain’t replaced the ignition switch yet, tho it does remind me of my mates Volvo, he spent ages hunting the same problem to find out it was the switch….might have thought that would have thrown a code….

The switch doesn’t throw a fault code, it’s a common thing on the mk7, worth a try at less then 20 sovs

New ignition switch in, made no difference…
Pulled the maf plug off this morning to see if that would do anything, again nothing…
Gona let her kool down to stone and see if can get that 5 minutes run again and go for a quick live reading, but I’m doubtful

The way things are going it would make life easier…
In two minds atm what to do, do I just call it quits on this van and get another, that being on finance too
Or do I just keep throwing money at this one which iv been doing since April trying to chase this fault and as I’m getting error code 92 and 80 throw up, I’m having a hunch at injector 3 is now toast, tho van is running now and don’t cut out, albeit still on 20k kpra…
Iv even fitted a new filter and housing again to see if that made a difference, only real difference was it ain’t cut out this weekend, tho when initially fitted there were still loads of air bubbles coming through, haven’t bothered checking past few weeks as been doing 7 day shifts..
I’m more tempted at the minute to get the van on finance, even tho me mate says not to put anything on the house, not like I can’t afford it, just seems my only way out atm..

I feel your pain, I’m looking at replacing lucifer as it’s becoming undriveable, I can’t get finance, even though I can afford it I have a very bad credit score due to having no credit

Me gaffa says the finance be on me and not the house which I agree, tho almost 11k for a mk7 is top dollar for a van, I just can’t keep chasing faults…it probably is injector 3, I’ll replace all four and it end up being summit else instead..
My pros I can’t let a garage have it for two reasons..
1 I live in it so it can’t be away from me..
2, will said garage even fix the fault…
I brought the van with intention of doing the other bits she needed ie bodywork as and when, but the more I contemplating things the closer to colder nights we get..
It’s starting to be make or break..
