Seized load sensing valve.

Hi my mk 6 transit, 2.4 recently failed its mot. Its got a seized load sensing valve. How difficult is it to unseize? The hand break also needs adjusting, is this somthing i can do. Finally the vaccum pump is leaking, new pump or gasket? Thanks Andrew.
